Any object added to a slide can be moved from one location to another using the A to B feature. While the object is in motion, it can also be rotated or changed to a different size.
Moving an object on the slide
- In your slide, select the object that you want to move.
- Click the Settings gear.
- On the pop-up menu, click A to B.
A duplicate of the object will be added on top of the original object.
4. With your mouse, select and drag the duplicated object to the destination of the movement.
Note:
A circle will signify the location where the movement begins and a triangle will signify the location where the movement ends.
5. Click Play scene to view the object's movement. By default, the duration of the movement is

6. After the scene has played, click the object to see both objects again on the slide.
Note:
To cancel the movement, select the object in either location and then click Cancel 'A to B' above the object.
Rotating an object in motion
- After moving the duplicated object to the destination of the movement, select the object.
- Rotate the duplicated object using the rotation handle (see screenshot below).
- Click and drag the handle to the desired degree of rotation. In the example below, the teddy bear is rotated 358 degrees during its movement (almost a full circle).
Note:
The maximum degree of rotation is 359 degrees.
Changing the size of an object in motion
Note:
This feature cannot be applied to text.
- After moving the duplicated object to the destination of the movement, select the object.
- With your mouse, grab a corner of the object and resize the object to the desired size.
