Adding a Hyperlink to an Object or Text

Adding a hyperlink to your Powtoon enables viewers to click it and jump to a new area of content such as a website or landing page.

Note:
Links are clickable only in the Powtoon player.

  1. Select the object or text to which you want to add a hyperlink.
    ► Note that hyperlinks cannot be added to objects or text that are placed at the bottom of the
         stage (see area marked in the example below).


  1. Click Settings .


  1. Click Link.


  1. Type the URL (website address) to which you want to link the object or text.

  1. Click Apply.

In the player page, the link is active both when the Powtoon is played or paused.
