Sharing Media with Your Team

As a team member you can share media (scenes and images) from your personal library with other members of your team.

Sharing media among team members will save you time, allow you to pool your resources, and ensure that your Powtoons have a consistent 'look and feel.'
 
Note:
Although this article uses images as the example for sharing media, the guidelines provided are relevant to scenes as well.

Sharing Media with your team

To share media with your team:
  1. Click the Media tab.

    - Your personal media library will be displayed in the upper area.

    - Your team media libraries, named according to project, will be displayed beneath your personal media library.

  1. Open My Media, your personal media library.

  1. Locate the image that you want to share with another team.
  1. Hover over the three dots in the image thumbnail's bottom right corner and then click the Share image icon.

The Share Image window will be displayed:

5.  Click Choose team and select the team that you want to share the image with.

Important:
You will only see teams in which you are a member. If you need to share media with a team that isn't displayed, contact the team's Admin and request that you be added to the team.

6.  Click Share.

The image will be added to the team's shared library.
From this point forward, all the team members can use this resource.
