Sending a Link to Your Powtoon

This feature is available only in organizations that have enabled the copying and sending of links.
Once you have created your Powtoon, you can show it to others using a unique link generated for the Powtoon. This link can be shared both internally and externally.

Note that a Powtoon shared via this type of link is not searchable in search engines.

If you do not need to access the Studio, you can copy a Powtoon link directly from the Workspace.

Getting the Powtoon link in the Studio

  1. In the Powtoon Studio, click Export.
    ► If you exported this Powtoon in the past, Publish appears on the button.

  1. Select Get Shareable Link.

  1. Share the copied link by sending or posting it.

In order to copy a link from the Workspace, your Powtoon must have been exported at least once. If you do not see the option View on Powtoon please first select the Export option.

 

  1. In the Workspace, locate the relevant Powtoon.
  1. Click on the 3 vertical dots.

  1. Click View on Powtoon.

  1. Share the copied link by sending or posting it.
