Changing Your Password

  1. Log in to your Powtoon Business account.
  1. Hover over your name in the bottom left corner and then select Change password.


  1. Enter your password details:
    1. Type your old password.
    2. Type your new password. The password must have:
      » at least one lowercase letter
      » at least one uppercase letter
      » at least one number
      » at least one symbol
      » 8-50 characters      
    3. Retype your new password.


  1. Click Change Password.


The password change is complete. You will be logged out, and need to log back in using your new password.
