In order to get accurate diagnostic info, please make sure that you follow this guide step by step, with an emphasis on step 4.

In your browser, remain on the page where the problem is occurring.
- Open the DevTools panel. Depending on your computer, use one of the following key combinations:
► Mac: Cmd + Option + I
► PC: Ctrl + Shift + I
- Select the Console tab and right-click anywhere in the Dev Tools and click Save As
► It's recommend to save this text file to your downloads folder. Please attach this file in your reply to the Powtoon support team.
- Select the Network tab.
- Refresh your browser, and reproduce the issue that you are experiencing.
- When the issue has occurred, click on the option to Export HAR file.
