Due to the rise is use of fully automated sound recognition technology, it is possible that a Powtoon vide you upload to YouTube may be hit with a copy claim, despite having all the needed rights on your video.

- Dispute the copyright claim.
- Reply to the claim as follows: This video was exported through Powtoon, of which I am a member, with access to use this soundtrack royalty-free.
The steps above should remove the claim and release your video. If they do not, please contact Storyblocks, and request they send their authorization to YouTube to remove the claim. Make sure you that include the following;
- The URL of the YouTube video in question.
- A screenshot of the dispute.
- The title of the soundtrack you used.
- When submitting a dispute, please make sure that your video is published as Public or Unlisted. If the video is set to Private, the claimant cannot review the dispute or drop the claim.
