What is the difference between a member and a user?
In Powtoon for Enterprise, they refer to the same entity and the terms are used interchangeably.
What is an active license?
If a license is counted as active, it means that it is being used by one member. Even if the same member belongs to more than one team, only one license is counted.
What is a pending license?
If a license is counted as pending, it means that an invitation is pending acceptance by a new team member. Once the invitation is accepted, the license will no longer be pending and will be counted as active.
What are unassigned users?
Unassigned users are members who have been removed from teams and are waiting to be assigned to other teams.
A user leaves this category when one of the following occur:
1. The user joins a new team, after which the license becomes active again.
2. The user is deleted from the organization, after which the license returns to the unused license
pool.

How many teams can one member belong to?
There is no limit to the number of teams that one member can belong to.
Is each license assigned to a specific member?
Yes. When a member accepts an invitation to a team, the license is assigned specifically to that member. Even if the member joins other teams, the same license continues to be associated with the member. The license is disconnected from the member (and returned to the unused license pool) only when the member is deleted from the organization.
How do I transfer a license from one member to another?
You first need to delete the member holding the license. Once the license is returned to the unused license pool, you or the Team Admin can invite the new member.
What happens when a user leaves the organization?
In order to free up the user's license and return it to the unused license pool, you need to delete the user from the organization.
What happens if I run out of licenses?
If you run out of licenses, you can do one or both of the following:
1. Purchase more licenses.
2. Delete users from the organization that no longer need licenses. These licenses will then be
returned to the unused license pool and be available for other users.
