You need to have Org Admin permissions in order to perform the actions described in this article.
The Org Settings page is used to configure your organization's sign-in, password policies, and logo.
- Go to the Powtoon Workspace.
- In the lower left corner, click the arrow by your name and then select Organization settings.

Add a Logo
Upload an image of your Company Logo. The logo will appear on all pages of the Workspace in the top left corner.
Authentication policy
This is the method by which the users in your organization access Powtoon (email + password or single sign-on).
Currently, this setting can only be configured by Powtoon Customer Support.

Minimum password length
Select the minimum number of characters for a password (between 8 and 12).
The password must include at least 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, a number, and a symbol.

Password expires after
Enter how long a password is valid, in days, before it expires (between 30 and 365).
Enforce password history
If this setting is enabled, a user cannot reuse the previous 12 passwords.
Enable two-factor authentication
If this setting is enabled, users will need to enter both a password and a login code (generated by the Google Authenticator App) before accessing Powtoon Business.
If this setting is disabled, users will need to enter only a password. It is possible to use the Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the QR code that is provided.
