Sharing a Powtoon

Sharing a Powtoon is a great way to get instant feedback to get the most out of your Powtoon. A Powtoon can be shared directly with an individual user, or shared with a team.

If you share your Powtoon with someone that doesn't have a license, they will be asked to sign-up under your organizations trial account. 

In this article, you will learn the how to Share a Powtoon, and Un-share a Powtoon.

Sharing your Powtoon from the Toolbox

1. From the Workspace, click View All.
   
   
   
2. Locate the Powtoon, and click on the share icon . 
   
   
   
3. In the pop-up module, add the email of the user you wish to invite and click Enter.
   
   
   
4. Click Invite.
   
   
   
5. You will get confirmation the Invitation was sent, and you'll see an Invited User is the Collaborators section.
   
    

Removing access to a shared Powtoon

If you have shared a Powtoon, and you wish to revoke the access, follows the steps below.

1. From the Workspace, click View All.
   
   
   
2. Locate the Powtoon, and click on the share icon . 
   
3. Click on the user you wish to remove access to. In the drop down menu, select Remove.
   
4. The access will be revoked, and the user that you had previously shared the Powtoon with, will no longer have access.
